Everyday when I close off for the day, I record the weight in the notes section five weeks ahead! I have three-ish weeks to go to test it out! It is encouraging! Keep it up and perservere!!!! You can do this!

I believe MFP takes you weight into consideration. A lighter friend of mine doing the same exercise burns way less than I do, doing the same exercise and length. I think it could go either way depending on your effort. Some people over estimate their effort and speed ect. If it's an iffy area you could reduce the time or…
