Awesome, thanks for the great post and taking the time to post it!

Opps, wanted to add that zigzagging your calories at a safe level is beneficial for your metabolism.
-
But if you did 1350 one day, that would indeed take you under 1200 on another day. So I'd say no, that wouldn't work to yuor benefit. I'd also do a bit of reading on this......but calories aren't really transferable. I'd look at it another way.....daily....give your body what it needs (fuel) to do the job you are asking of…

Great post! Learned a few things! Must be a noob ;) I'm impressed I already eat almost all these things on my regular diet as alot of this list are my favs! Gonna have to do the Olive Oil......I always stay away from oil! Plus, I think I'll start the yogurt with berries and flax.....yummy snack. Sadly, I do not like fish :(

I'm the same....MFP set my goal at 1540. I changed it to 1500 and today 1400. Many days I accidently come in at 1300-1400. I would aim for 1200-1500, no lower than 1200.
-
I've gone over like 10 calories and then up to 650 calories. Don't feel bad.....it just takes getting refocused and back on track! I would still log it and then see where you are really going over, and make small changes from there =D Best wishes!

I have been soooooo sick this month (and a big part of last). But, I only have a cough left so I'm going to make the best of the rest of the month......Goal? Still the same......30 minutes 5 days per week. I'm going to post each day to keep me accountable!

Good post. I don't make myself eat back all the calories. I find that when I have a small burn I don't need to, but with larger burns I can actually feel I need it. I listen to my body and eat the fuel it needs. I tend to hover 1400-1500 cals, but with big workout I'll eat a banana, one slice of toast with peanut butter…

If you look on my friends list, I have a guy named Remann. Add him and message him. He's uber helpful, and well, he's a guy. He has his diet down to a science and has lost alot of weight. I think he's at 1700 cals a day. His food diary is open. I think he would be most helpful to you :)

Most people are going to tell you to eat them. I personally.....sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. The last time I lost weight, I lost 60 pds in just under 5 months. I didn't know about exercise calories, and now that I do......I'm not changing what I did then, that worked. I ate a healthy, well balanced, diet! I eat…
