I do. I do not use instant oatmeal. Old fashion, rolled oats. I have also used steel cut oats with good results. I just let them overnight longer.

stick to salads if you can. ask the cooks to grill your chicken or meat instead of frying. stay away from any of the fried foods. ask them for single serve size pasta with sauce on side.

This ^^ I spray them lightly with olive oil using my Misto, then sprinkle on cayenne pepper or whatever other seasoning I may want. I then pop into the oven for about 5-8 min (350 degrees), turning them once. Let them cool slightly then break them apart. Its most excellent! :)
