Yes, about 95% of time. I specifically look for calories in addition to the things I track here in MFP (sodium, sugar, protein, etc.). Doing this has helped me alot! I am 5'5" and around 165lbs. Having lost close to 50lbs so far, my goals are: 1) to lose another 25 lbs. (improved nutrition and exercise) 2) to have a lean and toned body (weights, NROLFW) 3) to increase endurance/ stamina (running, cardio) and to perfect the use of my Ninja esp. when I get to maintain mode :)
