Genetics ugh. I also have flat *kitten*....my dad does as well as one of my sons. Nothing has changed it. For those with one u have no idea how hard it is to keep pants up without one! belts help minimal. And drawstrings arent flaterring.

Dee I have really been enjoying adding protein powder to my fruit and almond milk smoothies. I use them as a meal or snack replacement though as they are not low in calorie. Though I just bought some new ens whey lean protein. The chocolate fudge is yummy for only 100 calories and 15 g. Protein!

i have a short pilates routine i do nightly that only takes 20 minutes, but really helps with flexibility and toning without lifting weights. I have a torn rotor cuff so the pilates is easier on it. I was concerned last year when I had my blood work done. My tris were up a bit. My dr. ask if I ate alot of fruit. When I said yes, she said not to worry about it. I want you to eat the fruit. So I go with that knowledge with the sugars from fruit. Not sure if that helps but what I learned from DR.

Been contemplating this thought also. Im 5.4. @ 142. now. Finally at normal bmi. I tend to keep moving down my goal weight. It was140....but decided today to shoot for 135. I think my idea is more to allow for a 5 lb cushion that I normally flex once I start to maintain. Is that anyone eles thought?

Im 52, 5'4" and my current goal in 145. Lowest ive weighed is 130 back in high school. Most ive weighed is 180. 10 years ago I lost 30 lbs by cutting sodium and walking, just in the past year it creeped up to 158. now im down 11 lbs thanks to mfp! I may try for 140 if I can make through the holidays. Lol.
