Yes medifast is pretty strict and low calorie/carb. I do a modified version where I have 6 medifast/1 lean and green instead of 5/1 because I like to work out. I have been ellipticaling and doing Pilates, and I try to get 4 or 5 work outs in each week :)

I totally understand! I was the same way. I waited a week in to weigh myself, and I wish I hadnt, because now I do not know how much weight I have lost totally...I do not know how much I lost the first week, which is normally a bigger loss! I have been back on here for 5 days as of today, and as of this morning I have lost 3 pounds! I know you lose more in the first week, but seeing the scale go down is so motivating!

Count me in! I need to officially weigh myself tomorrow morning....I started back here and with dieting yesterday and havnt wanted to look at the scale!
