  • Hi I was diagnosed with UC 6 yrs ago so no dairy for me.
  • I have tried shakeology and it did not work for me. It made me very hungry. I'd did not curb my appetite. I guess it's just different for everyone. I will just stick to my kale blueberry n pineapple smoothie. I honestly would prefer it thus way. I have a dairy allergy so I need to be aware of what I am eating or drinking.
  • i have insanity, turbo fire and the jillian michael videos. i thought turbo fire was great for losing weight and i did but now i want to tone and i don't see the toning affect with turbo fire so i was looking for more toning. any suggestions.

  • my personal opinion. all workouts have the same moves. i own insanity and turbo fire and jilliam michaels burn fat boost met. and 30 day shred. they all do the same moves. but if you have the money to spend i would say go for it. but they are ok.
  • IMO sometimes weighing in everyday helps people stay on track. i do every two three days so i don't lose focus and i do measurements to see both sides not just one. but life previously noted this is your journey and journal what ever works best for you. everyone is different.

  • I am doing the zumba dvd's and that is what has helped me lose weight and get back into my pre prego jeans, but of course after 2 months i an getting kinda bored and need a new workout video. so that is why i am questioning the brazilian butt lift.

  • ok so i just tried cream of what made with hot water, im sorry i just couldn;t do it so i threw it away now im eating wheat toast with raisins. im just trying to limit my dairy intake bc i drink milk on a daily basis.

  • so im not alone i guess with my change in eating habits working out and losing weight my body has changed. my husband and i are have protected sex just not with birth control, certainly hoping condoms work for us.although i don't want anymore i am debating on tying my tubes.
