  • Ate probably about 1900-2000 calories today, I did not log the last 300+ as it was some of my partners take-aways. I feel a bit freaked out by this because I think the scale will just jump up again. I will do my 2nd fast tomorrow as it is my day off (I tend to eat lee on my non-working days)

  • Made a decision to start 5:2 tomorrow for the first time ever with a FD, but still doing my research on it. Today I stayed at my regular calorie goal of 1400 and will keep that goal on the eat days as I do not trust myself to not calculate or eat more, I feel like 1400 is my safety net right now.
