I try to stay off fb for weeks at a time. Haven't quite made it a full month yet. I keep it for my business and friends who live in other states. it's crazy how many "friends" I don't talk to anymore since not getting on fb as much! :) Peggy

I think people underestimate candida and the syptoms it produces. It's very hard to bring up the topic without people just thinking "yeast infection"! I've done a lot of studying on the subject, just can't follow the diet. :( It's too intense!

Just "good" to hear someone else notices the weight gain days later. I agree with the weigh in. Maybe every other week would be kinder to my self esteem, ego than weekly but then if I hit a bad day...haha Thanks for the comment!

Glad you posted about this. As a female we aren't taught in gym (or at least I wasn't) how to properly lift weights or different ways to lift to get the best results. I want a killer back and some upper body strength! Good luck to you!

YEP! It stinks but at least I know where I can be with cuts in my stomach and smoother legs!! THAT'S my motivation this time around. I've done the burn fat boost metabolism dvd and love it! Pretty sure it's a lot of the same exercises. She really helps keep you in a great mind set and her exercises help you lose fat fast!
