Last two days I got mad about eating after 7pm. Fortunately today I have just few things in the fridge left so even my taste buds want something my stocks are empty. Hod no idea how to get back self control so i did not do food shopping...tomorrow I go and buy just for one day and lets see what my taste in the evening will…
-
when I need to go shopping, i don't walk, i run...coming back, doing "weight lifting" with the shopping bags...
-
Laugh at them. They are jealous because you are much stronger and you have a self control. They have nothing so they gossip
-
when i didn't have weights i used milk cannisters full of water...

for me it's mostly improved techniques in MMA (flexibility, able to train more), and since i joined MFP in September I am able to wear smaller sizes of clothes ^_^
-
1. self control ( I feel guilty when log unhealthy food or eating too much or doing no work outs) 2. it was much easier to return to MMA after 13 years 3. nutritions in the food (sometimes i expected healthy food and am surprised by high level of sugar or sodium)

Yes, it's amazing feeling. Don't remember when I was wearing size 12...yay me !

Mint ... last 2 months I can't even smell it :-(

Am trying to go close to raw veganism (80%). But honestly i wouldn't go for it for weight lost. For me it's a lifestyle, doing something good according to my body (eating meat makes me tired) and for the planet when I see how the large companies grow and treat the animals...

I had this problem when i started kick box after 13yrs. When i finished the class I was starving and went over the calories. But after some time the issue disappeared. Guess, i got used to the work out.

life is about being up n down...being up we enjoy the time with friends...being down that's when our friends are here for...to support us as we support them when they need...

If i start eating and can't stop even when am full i'll give it to my flatmates or our neighbour's cats. Otherwise I know i'd regret later...but sometimes i just can't...:(

try low cardio work outs, there are no jumps and great for beginners

I don't know why but MFP set up the goal cal on the level of 1270 daily for me... No idea why because until yesterday i was on level 1400 and today when I logged in it was 1200 (so i just changed losing goal to 1 lbs instead of 2 and it wento to 1270 per day)...still don't know if i can make it, hm?

Thanks for tips, everyone :)

Found two recipes without fruit: 1. Tomato Smoothie (tomatoes, spicy chilly, pepper) 2. Vegetable Juice (8 tomatoes, 1 carrot, bit of: celery, beetroot, parsley, lettuce, spinach) Going to try tomorrow ^_^
