I love the sauna too and have taken to coming into work late just so I can add a session after my morning workouts. I would never log it though as I see it more as a way to cleanse and relax after a workout than as a calorie burning exercise. Enjoy!!

I LOVE EVEYTHING!! Alas - I wish there was something I didn't like but there just isn't. And even though I am a vegetarian that is due to my fondness for animals rather than a dislike for meat - when my boyfriend cooks a steak my mouth drools...just a little...maybe enough to wet my sleeve...mmmmmmmm

I make a citrus smoothy with any citrus fruits I have on hand (oranges, naartjies, grapefruit, etc) with lots of lemon juice and Sprite Zero. Coupled with an egg sandwitch it makes for a satisfying start to a nutrient deprived day.

I try to log everything in the morning so that I know where I am headed. I pre-package breakfast, snacks, and lunch the night before so these are usually spot in when I log in the morning and that lets me play with recipes during the day that I would like for dinner so I know exactely what is going on. That is so amazing and well done on working so hard for your incredible body! Thanks for those words or encouragement - it just proves that no matter what, if you are working hard something is changing. I will definitely start focusing more on measurements and visable results than on my scale.

Sorry to say it, but I think your calories per day are too high. I am also 5'3" and my daily calorie intake is 1200, but I do eat back my exercise calories when I have them. My calorie intake was calculated via MFP and I am slowly but surely loosing the weight. Try lower your calorie intake.
