yup - I drink flavoured tea all day and count it towards my water intake. I drink caffeine free tea with no milk or sugar.

Thank you thank you thank you! I am about 1kg heavier than my last weigh in and was so confused as I just had my mother telling me how much smaller I look AND I have been feeling so much thinner with my clothes feeling much better. Maybe I will stay away from the scale for a while and just enjoy being healthier.

Skipping breakfast and lunch is definitely not healthy and if you do add the shakes in to replace having nothing at all it will be beneficial to you! However, eating something fresh and nutritious would be the best option!

Hi There. I stick to 1200 cals (also very inactive during the day) but always add my exercise calories on top of that and eat all of them back so generally I do end up eating about 1500 cals a day. You need to figure out what works for you, though.
