I would believe the bike as it would take into account how fast and hard resistance you've been working at. MFP stats on exercise is incorrect and frankly i don't believe them and don't know what it is based on to come up with such hopeful stats Why not buy a pedometer and try that out? Hope this helps

Ye i think u guys r right, i need more veggies and more of weighing and recording my own food as i admit i have just been clicking whatever food is similar to my plate. Don't weigh yourself everyday, you should only be weighing every 2 weeks or once a month. Are you eating moderate portions and your exercise routine should make you sweat and heart pumping for it to be effective. If exercise too easy, doesn't work so challenge to the next step. Got one on Ebay for £7 and its working fine. Digital will be better and make sure u use it on hard flat surface and not on carpets Also make sure the scales comes with the measurements u are comfortable with as not all scales have all measurements :laugh:
