I have done both, and am on the fence too. I am currently paying for WW but using MFP as my fitness instructor recommended it. I was used to the points plus system, so I am actually way more comfortable with that than counting calories. I am trying to add in more whole foods rather than just sticking to low fat, which…

So far I've found 1200 to be OK, but it's only been 3 days. We'll see how the weekend goes, weekends are always the hardest for me:(

It's my first day with MFP. I'm starting a new fitness challenge, and using MFP is part of it, This together with a new exercise routine will help me to meet my goal of losing 25 lbs. Please comment if you have any tips for me or words on encouragement :)
