Quite often at the end of a month you will notice posts that say August challenge open. this is when you check out what the challenge is and if intersted you can add you name to the list. When the organiseer decides if there is enough people for their challenge it will become a closed group so that no more can join.…

popcorn. I usually take cut up carrots and dips wither hommus or tzaziki plus some sakatas couled take some chicken breasts to throw on the cooker the first night.

we are mid winter here atm in Australia. I am currently doing c25k. I just get out between showers on the rainy days. I also do situps, planks, crunches and other non equipment strength training. I may look at purchasing some free weight s soon to add that in. I also do some pressups with my 3year olds some days I guess…

congrats on the weight loss following week 1 I have jsut started week 2 today. 90sec jog and 2 min walk. Went ok but not sure if I should be picking up the pace more with the jog or just work on pace later.

D1 I managed 3.5km in the 30 min so not too bad average 7km/hr I am sure I dont log it right but not too worried about that

yer if you arent doing any activity atm then you may need to change your settings to sedentry or light activity and reduce your cals

also some cereals have high fibre. just check as some also have high sugar.

can I ask what everyone is setting their sugar at. MFP has mine at 40. I have had some milk and a banana toady and that alone put it at 36. Not sure how I will go with the sugar as I have logged for the stuff i will eat today and way way way over 40. I am still losing weight so not sure if my sugar is affectring me too…

oats for porrige they are cheap and great for you lots of fruit and veg get whats in season as usually cheaper yoghurt

YUM made it today and it was very good. I probably should ahve put a little more water in as mine is very thick made just over 1800g so mine was 32 cals per 100g serve so still good
