question about meats I weigh them raw weight and I log them off of that but wasnt sure if it is meant to be raw or cooked weight. I am finding it hard to eat all of my calories but stay under my protein allowance. I find that i run out of protein first and dont reach my calorie fat or carb allowance for a day.
