I have recently been sick and I diodnt worry about logging. I also did not exercise. I figure the body needs rest to repair and recouperate and being out of routine for a week or so is not much in the long run
-
have you tried having water bottles positioned around your house or work place so as you walk past have another mouthful. Might help get in a few extra glasses a day
-
this sounds really interesting and is a great way to see what others are doing that is working for them.

so what % does your nutritionist recommend? I am not only this low cals but interested to know what nvalues are recommended

I run in my neighbour hood but I am right near the ocean so I go along past that. I only have to dodge a bit of traffic. Will have to plan out a new route though as I am going further now and have to finish with a lap of the block.

I have been on since feb and weigh in weekly. I have only gained once since starting and I logged it. Its part of my journey and helps me see where I have "gone wrong"
-
I just log as an average. i know my distance and time so i just use an average speed and log it as that. not 100% accurate but not too bad.
-
under the heading reports. you can look at netcalories for past 7 days, month ect. Also look at exercise and weigh loss graphs

hey guys. I havent been on much the last few days. will tally up the numbers I have so far for the crunches challenge and see how far we are off of them. has anyone seen the week 4 challenges yet? they start in a few hours for me and really would like to see what they are
-
oops sorry dont know where i pulled that number from. Wish I was too lol
-
at 5 foot 7 and 145 pound I would think you were in the healthy weight range. If that is the case and you still want to lose a little more maybe try dropping your amount to lose to 1/2 a pound a week. also at worst try the higher cals for a few weeks and if no good then drop tehm again. Find what works for you

crunches update 1461 so far 2539 to go well done and good luck
