I ride a specialized vita which I've been slowly converting into a proper road bike with a leather seat and drop bars :) .

Nuts, beans, seeds, tofu, soy milk, almond milk, veggies. I've been doing this (vegan) for like two weeks and any cravings I had are gone. I'm going to get some nutritional yeast next check and see if it really does taste like cheese!

The weight isn't the important part don't worry about the number instead just eat good nutritionally dense food, go for walks and (most important of all!!!!) love yourself. Healthy is beautiful no matter what size it is.

If you eat a nutritionally dense meal then you won't have craving like tons of veggies, nuts, seeds,beans and fruit.

Today way day one of being vegan. I did eat egg whites today though (I'm trying! Lol). I learned I like tofu if it's soaked in teriyaki sauce! :)

I actually have a disability which makes it very hard for me to socialize with other people in person and I only have one friend. It also makes it extremely hard to get and keep a job so yeah I don't have much else to do but I try to keep busy even if it's hard for me to be around people other than my family.

Make sure to get a leather seat if you can afford it because when you break it in it conforms to your shape (100-200 miles). I would suggest a trek or cannondale if you want speed and a surly long haul if you want distance. Make sure you get a bike fit to you because if you don't no amount of gear will make it comfortable.…

Yeah, Im 5'8 and I weight 247 pounds. Generally I walk for an hour everyday and do about an hour of strength training. I feel good and eat about 1400 calories a day not including exercise. The burned calories are based off of my fitday homepage thing.
