Food on the brain.
I have a tendency to make too much for dinner (I cook for others) and then there ends up being left overs which I end up unwillingly thinking about then eating which even if it's healthy (which it usually is) makes me go over my limit. Any advice? I've gained back some of the weight I've lost too.

11 lbs lost!
So, I went to the doctors office and he told me I weighed 256lbs last visit which was two and a half months ago and now I weigh 245 lbs! That was a bit before I got back on this website but anyway… I just felt like sharing with someone! YAY!

I think I pulled something...
I was doing squats/yoga and one of my leg muscles starting to feel kind of painful so I stopped. Should I workout on it or just go for a walk tomorrow if it still hurts?

1400 calorie goal?
I've been losing 2lbs or so a week but I was wondering if 1400 is too little a goal amount? I'm 5'8 245 lbs and I exercise for 2 hours a day (morning and night). I'm worried about losing muscle rather than fat because it's a pretty low number.

Eating all your calories
I have 656 calories left over and I have been exercised 1.5 hours total (1157 cals) today thus earning a ton of calories. My question is do I really have to eat that? I can't think of anything I can eat that is healthy to consume all of those calories.

Gained back some weight.
I popped on the scale this morning and noticed that I've gained like two pounds back. I've been exercising regularly with the exception of a few days ago because of DOMS. I've also been sticking to my calorie intake and have only fallen off the bandwagon twice. Any suggestions from anyone?

Exercising at Home w/o Privacy
I really want to start exercising at home when I can't go for my hour long walk due to weather conditions (its -10F/-23C outside) but I don't have a bedroom and the house is exceptionally small so there is no privacy. This makes it difficult to do any sort of exercise because there really isn't enough space nor is there…

Calories
This website has a built in calorie deficit right? Also, I tend to go over by like 10 calories is that okay? Lastly, sometimes I end up with a huge calorie deficit (500 or more) even though I try to meet the goal through out the day with healthy options any suggestions?
