This website has a built in calorie deficit right? Also, I tend to go over by like 10 calories is that okay? Lastly, sometimes I end up with a huge calorie deficit (500 or more) even though I try to meet the goal through out the day with healthy options any suggestions?

    Weigh your food portions and doublecheck to be sure you are logging everything. Then, if this is still happening, eat more fat. Nuts, nut butters, full fat dairy, olive oil on your veggies. Fat is not evil, you need it to absorb nutrients, but most people on a diet cut out fat first.
