I'm in the same situation, I have taken my measurements this morning and my goal is to lose 14 in 4weeks, so 22nd Oct is my goal date. I've just been for a jog/walk, and aim to burn 600 cals x 6 days a week. Good luck :) Add me as a friend if you like, we can help motivate each other :))

Hi, can i join you guys? I started today, just done 7miles in 1hour 40mins, walking and some jogging. I'm planning on doing an hour at least 4 times a week, slowly increasing my jogging and decreasing my walking. Would love to be able to run the whole way, some day I will :bigsmile:

I always wear a thong. I got seamless ones in Dunnes I think and they are fab, so comfy and stretchy and you can't even see a line from them :)

That's fantastic, well done!!! I jogged for 2 miles non-stop yesterday for the 1st time ever, and I felt fantastic aswell :)) Gives you such a boost doesn't it! x

If you are making everything from scratch it's even easier, you know exactly how much of everything is going into it. Juts create a recipe, input all the ingredients, portions per recipe, and it will work it out.
