ha I once spilled coffee on my shirt at work so I turned it around, lol most people couldn't see my back at work but when I got up to go to the bathroom they would wonder how the heck I spilt coffee back there ;)

Yes I too am working on my muffin top. Well more of a baby pouch. I have noticed that while loosing weight it is shrinking. I am curious at the other answers too. I think weight loss in general plays a HUGE roll but I also think crunches do help

Sometimes I do sometimes I don't. I don't feel my body will go into starvation mode if once and a while I'm really under because of exercise. I have the 30 day shred and loved it, especially on those days I didn't have a lot of time to workout. I think I'll try a couple of her new ones. I have read the reviews on the kettle ball one and apparently her technique is horrible.. so I might stay away from that one.

I agree if thats the only bad thing you had and you were within you calories all week then its probably just water weight. Or maybe TOM. I like Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. its only a 20 min workout but it was good since it I have to squeeze it in during nap time. Her videos I think are pretty cheap.

Great job. I agree with the others you usually loose alot in the first few weeks, some is water but your also more aware of what your putting in your mouth and if your like me your body was probably getting alot of bad foods or TOO many calories. It will (unfortuantly lol) slow down.

I'd love to but my instructor is off until sept. And even then classes are only once a week. Like Longmom with two little ones I can't do anymore.

yes I would up your calories, if its been less then a week you might not notice a drop in your supply right away as its probably still trying to regulate itself. the last thing you want is it to drop, as then you'll have to work harder to get it back and you will probably have a very fussy baby. I like the Looney spoons ladies they do looney spoons crazy plates and eat shrink and be merry I've noticed that in the begining I didn't have a TON of their spices ect that they used on hand but they use them in alot of recipes so its good to get them They also have some neat tips in the margins like you could eat X…

sounds like they are trying to figure out who is the "alpha male" now that the chow is gone. Not sure what to do though. Do they bark throught the fences? Is it really agressive barking? not all barking means they want to fight. Hope someone can give you some good answers.

I probably dropped the weight in the first 3 months or so with exclusivly breastfeeding, but with my last pregnancy I only gained about 20 lbs.
