I'm all about feeling muscles and ribs I didn't know I had, but what pisses me off is stuff that seems to sag more now. Boobs/tummy/butt... I've read things about skin can take a year to firm up and I haven't even really lost that much to have these issues so it just makes me mad (at myself for getting fat to being with!)

Weekends aren't hard for me, if anything they are easier because I can take the time to prepare meals. I really think a lot of the weekend thing is people making weekends different. They are just another day in the week.

Walk up to him, punch him in the face as hard as you can and then go out with your girls for a drunken girls night out and get some! Hmmmm... maybe that's what I did... it did work for me though! You won't feel like this forever, it will get better, just stay distracted by positive things and people.

Eat more, not less. Just change what you put in your face from crap to fuel. NEVER give up, even if you get stuck ... for 7 weeks ... and you want to just say screw it... don't stop, try harder!

Scary thing is I'm an accounting manager! You are right, but even with the corrected math, 10 max a day is still half my carbs. I also read above you about splenda, which adds even more (I add to my coffee) so I really do think this may be the problem. Thanks for fixing my math, makes me feel a little bit better :smooched:

LOL!!!! I'm lacto/ovum (or however you spell it) I eat eggs and cheese. There's tons of low carb stuff if you are a veg, obviously not as much as if you are a meat eater... but I've like 36 pounds doing it this way so it is possible.

When your total carbs for the day is 20-25, that many makes a huge difference believe it or not. It kicks me right out of ketosis.

I started weighing daily and logging every day or two. I have such huge fluctuations in my weight, so I'm trying to figure out if what I'm eating is bloating me up. I get stuck alot... and every time if I finally stop overanalyzing and up my cals, I drop weight. It sounds like you work out alot, I can't see how 1000 cals would possibly be enough. All of my MFP friends who are in amazing shape would say the same thing, because they've said it to me. Don't give up, just keep changing it…

Veg low carb, I do dairy and eggs, so that helps. Really the only diet I've seen consistant results with and I feel amazing. Carbs love me, but I don't love them!!
