You can add me as well. I am 41 and trying to work off another 10-14 pounds or drop body fat %. I'm more concerned about dropping the body fat than what I weigh. This is a great way to give and receive encouragement!

And a friend of mine who does Figure Comp and is a trainer says the 5-6 meals a day, eating every 2-3 hours is the best approach.
