I'm 63 and have lost 50 pounds; 38 while using my fitness pal. I've discovered that working out is necessary for my health and plan on going to the gym at least 3 hours a week.

I can't dance either. Switch to weight lifting. I'm a 63 year old lady and my trainer says I'm as strong as a teen. I've lost 47 lbs. and 27 inches and I feel really good. No big muscles but I'm seeing real changes in my old body.
