I'm 5'1 and very muscular (at least I think so). My current weight is 137 but my ideal weight would be 125-130. I have been at 125 before while doing P90X and I did feel great but I had a really hard time maintaining that weight.

I grew up in the North and no one up there says Ma'am, but now i live in the south and everyone says it. I'm still trying to get use to it but when someone calls me Ma'am I respond by saying you don't have to call me that... LOL

YES!! No question about it! If you have been dating someone for awhile then you can take turns but the first few dates he better pay!

I agree, I think 125 is a good wieght for 5'2" but if you are still feeling overweight you probably should starting doing some weight training! Body Pump is a great class to try if you have never tried it. It gets your heart rate up but also tones your muscles. Pilates would also be good!
