Personally I take it one day at a time and try to do at least the minimum of "exercise". I have a 6 and 3 year old so my minimum is keeping them safe, healthy, and happy (can be a challenge some days lol). I've found stretching and yoga to be great, and as someone already said - you do not need to go as far into the poses…

Always! Some days I can take 2 steps forward and only 1 step back, others for every step forward I get dragged back 2! The constant roller coaster of endurance, stamina, abilities, etc. is frustrating.
