OH NO! Now I know when I don't have a weight loss it's because I don't own a Mr. Tickle mug..... stressing here... :drinker:

What an amazing journey for you! Wow, 75 lbs down! I can't wait to see my loss hit that point. I know knee pain, as I have suffered with it, not as bad as your situation. But as you, I do NOT want to go to a wheelchair. So every day I do the best I can and walk a little. When I set my goal for a 5K event in May, my dr.…

I am so happy for you! Wow, that's a great weight loss. What an amazing feeling to get into smaller clothes. I'm doing the "YAY CHEERS FOR YOU" dance..can you see my pom poms? LOL! And thank you for the encouraging words, as I look forward to next year and hopefully as good of weight loss as you've had.…

I use either peaches, or tomatoes or pineapple. Also here's another idea. Mix the cottage cheese with some cinnamon and stevia. Top a piece of bread with the mixture and pop under the broiler until bubbly. I like that as breakfast. You can also add peaches on top of that mixture. :-)

Maybe you need more protein?

I use Sweetleaf stevia. Stevia is a natural herb. It comes in powder form, packets or container, or liquid. I use the Sweetleaf brand because it is the only brand that I have found that is all natural without anything added. Some will say Truvia is stevia, but it isn't. http://www.dietitiancassie.com/the-truth-on-truvia/ I…

Thank you soooo much for sharing your journey through words and pictures. I've experienced the struggles of the ups/downs of weight gains and losses. And I have found that a lot of my eating is emotional. I do know this, that when I lose weight and feel healthier, then I am happier. I am very happy for you. Congrats to you!

Yes. A dreamcatcher. It reminds me to always be a dreamer. To me, without dreams there is no tomorrow.

I'm glad you shared with us. This brought tears to my eyes. Words do make a difference, even if it is for a brief period of time. I felt your sadness by the cruel words and actions of those girls. I've been there when I thought I was on top of the world because I was doing what I knew was right for me and my goal towards a…

I take a multi vitamin, omega -3, calcium caltrate. Also once a month vitamin B-12 shot because my system can only absorb the B vitamin sublingually or by injection due to the surgery I have had.

Hi! I'm on the west coast but always ready for new friends to help, and get help from along this journey of getting healthier and weight loss. Fairly new here on MyFitnessPal, so I'd like to make some friends for encouragement also. :glasses:

Hello and welcome back. I'm fairly new here. My calorie count is usually under what it says I'm supposed to have. Also my protein is usually over and the carbs low. Because of the bypass surgery I had many years ago, I do better with a higher protein count. At one time in my life my menu was vegetarian for 2 yrs. At this…

I also weigh every day. I weigh at about 6:30 a.m. without clothes. It just helps me to reflect on what changes were made the day before to reflect weight change IF there is any. :-)

You look terrific! What a great attitude. Going to give it another go here, and re-lose those regained pounds I lost last year.
