I too will plan ahead for eating out but my problem is gathering with friends at their homes where I have no control over what's being served. Also my worst issue when there is wine and it seems that there is always wine :drinker:

I made peace with the scale when I stopped weighing every day. I now only weigh once a week if that. If I know I've been bad, I choose to stay off the scale as I already know what I've done.

Wow! I never noticed that they are to be discarded the day after opening. I don't use them up in that short of time

I've done both and also prefer Atkins as I find it much easier to stick with for the long hall

Great that you both have someone to go with. I would love to have someone to go with but figure on making friends while I'm there. Lot's of luck and success

I agree. It's not intimidating at all and I love that it's not boring. The fact that you change it up every 30 seconds keeps it interesting and fun. Going for my 2nd time tonight.

Really enjoyed last night and am only a bit sore this morning. Loved the personal attention and the workout!

I start tonight after work and am really looking forward to it. Was trying to exercise on my own but I think I really need the structure. I'll be looking to compare notes with you Deb

I too really enjoy my wine. :drinker: The problem I find is that my judgement diminishes and then I'll follow up with other bad choices like pouring another glass (or two) and maybe a little cheese for a snack and so on...and so on.....

I too have had this procedure with awesome results. I suffered terribly from very heavy, long, periods accompanied by unrelenting fatigue. Get to your gyno & look into it. You just may be very happy that you did. Good luck!!

So far so good. No bleeding whatsoever. Having PMS symptoms still but nothing I can't handle. Loving life again!!!!

I had been suffering with relentless hot flashes & night sweats for quite some time . :explode: My Doc suggested a non prescription supplement called PERIDIN-C for relief. I've been on it for over a month and have had awesome results. You triple up on the dose for the 1st month and then taper off to double dose for the…
