Don't skip them entirely. Maybe just focus on eating the most nutritionally dense carbs such as veggies, fruits, nuts & seeds. Carbs don't have to be your enemy

Fat Bombs. There are many recipes out there for them. They are perfect in the mornings, easy to make and yummy. You will find some MFP forums and you can also google. I use all natural peanut butter, coconut oil, hersheys unsweetened cocoa, & stevia in mine

LOVE...LOVE...LOVE...them!!! I keep a bag in my desk at work so I have a little something to satisfy the afternoon cravings for something salty & crunchy. Also use them with dips, as salad toppers, & even in meat loaf instead of breadcrumbs. The possibilities are endless.

When in doubt, go for the steak dishes. Here is a good one Steak Toscano Grilled 12 oz choice center cut Strip steak brushed with Italian herbs and extra-virgin olive oil. Served with Tuscan potatoes and bell peppers. I would then request grilled veggies in place of the potatos Enjoy :drinker:

I too have had the same problem for the last few days and wasn't sure if it was the script itself or an MFP issue. Though I don't have any trouble with calculating my net carbs, I'm extremely frustrated with the issues on my diary page. :grumble:
