I TOTALLY agree with you! When I eat junk food, I physically feel much worse than if I had eaten healthy foods. I can truly see a difference. My HRM has low calorie counts too. However, I've seen on so many peoples posts about 30DS that they have lost weight and inches doing only 30DS. That's what I'm counting on...we'll see...

I'm there with ya! Today I will do Day 3 - Level 1 of 30 Day Shred. I am QUITE sore to say the least! Thighs, butt, arms. YIKES!!!!! She is insane! However, I'm gonna finish what I started and see what kind of results I get. From what I understand, the work is well worth it!!!!!

30 DS is a fantastic workout. It starts out and stays high intensity the entire time. However, it has a lot of jumping jacks and jump rope in it.
