Thanks! Actually, putting that picture on the refrigerator is a great idea. It will help me to stay focused on my goals and remind me of who I am responsible to here on MFP. When I lack the motivation, I always think back to not wanting to let my fellow MFP friends down. Thanks again for the idea...I think I'll do that!

Uh..hummm...yeah...pretty much. Including the the keynote speaker who is a Marine Lt. General. He kept looking me up and down as my husband and I thanked him for speaking and for his service. He was very nice and had a great sense of humor...not some stuffy General with lots of brass on his chest. Too funny! We had a great…

My motivation was being really sick of carrying around so much extra weight. I was miserable, uncomfortable, tired, stressed, and just plain frumpy. I felt older than I was and I hit rock bottom. I wanted to be healthy again and enjoy doing active things with the rest of my family. The support on MFP has been a tremendous…

Wow! You've done a fantastic job...a total makeover! I agree with you - 8.5 months ago I was the person looking at all the success pictures and reading their stories wondering if I could do it too. I did, and I'm still in the process. Anyone can do it, if they'll just make the commitment to put in the hard work. It is well…
