I hear you lm over 40 as well and need alot of motivation to stick with it. I need/want to lose 15lb wish l could do it by June 1st. Good luck, you can do it!!!!:smile:

I know how you feel. I have to combine many things , and mix it up to keep my interest. I do zumba, dance2, pilates, &turbo jam, using there 5 dvds and mix them up. Turbo jam is great! I have had it for a couple of yrs, I stopped doing it over ayr ago but started again almost 2 weeks ago and I do it everyday. I do the 20 min one when I work 8 to 8 and have no time. I hope you continue to have alot of fun with it!!!!!!!!!!!
