75 lbs lost. I'm at 66.4 now.

Today, I became merely obese instead of morbidly obese!

I ate a small live lizard while I was in the Army. Yuck.

OMG! Over 500 posts behind! As with all great plans, life got tin the way and I don't think I can hit my goal this month. 4.5 this morning.
-
4.25 today, wasn't feeling 5+ today.

6.25 miles this morning, 100% humidity. I'm pretty drained now, feel a little woozy despite having downed powerade, banana, and water.

5 miler this morning. I need to start earlier...

That is entirely reasonable. I tried a pair of Brooks Ghost 9 because they were so much lighter than my previous Brooks. Within a couple of days, I had terrible knee pain. I switched back to my Dyads and was fine. There just wasn't enough padding in the Ghosts for me. You might should go to a running store and have them…

Got in 5.5 today. Just a nice relaxing run.

5 miles this morning.

Peachtree Road Race 10K this morning with 70,000 of my closest friends!
-
I will aim for 70 miles again this month.

A nice 4 mile run in the mist this morning, felt great! Was just enough to exceed my goal for the month. Wasn't sure my schedule would allow me to make it.

Had an early meeting, so got up early (for me) and ran a nice 5 miles, no music, no pace or distance announcements; just me, the birds chirping, and an amazingly beautiful sunrise! So I have to get in 3.5 in the next 2 days, should be easy enough! I love this challenge group! I don't get to comment as much as I should, but…

I only got in 3.75 today. Just below my knee, on the outside of my left leg started hurting over the weekend, like a bruise would. Also the inside of my right shin. Nice easy run slow just to sweat and stretch a bit. Don't want to push too much, have the Peachtree Road Race 10K on the 4th with 70,000 of my closest running…

I use small round band aids. The band-aid brand don't work as well as the CVS brand, for me.

This happens to me when I use my UA band to log gym workouts. In MFP, it shows up as 2 entries of same time of day, duration, and calories; one from UA Record, and one from Endomondo. If I use Endomondo for a run, it only shows up once in MFP, and once in UA Record.

44 this morning. 52 yo male.

Congrats! What a great time, and beating your brother is always a plus!

I really liked a series called S Town, made by makers of This American Life, which is also a good podcast. S Town is 7 episodes, about an hour each, but I found it riveting. The Moth is good, Freakonomics is always pretty interesting. There are several running podcasts also, Run Buzz, Brew Drink Run is a podcast aimed at…

Forgot to post yesterday, 5 fairly fast miles in the morning. Getting caught up on thread.

A buddy of mine has a Forerunner 235 and said it was not as accurate as his 230 and a chest strap, but it was fairly close. He had the same issues most wrist based HRMs do, slow to react to changes, sliding down near wristbone where it may or may not pick up pulse, etc.

Nice 5 miles today.

I just saw this article today. I think I would not have finished, if I were him... "I really wanted to finish the race." (Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon)

A nap.

4.5 this morning in a very light mist, it was refreshing and leisurely.

@MNLittleFinn Congrats on your great finish in your first FM! :)
