Great job! 15 lbs is a lot...google it to see a picture of what 1 lb. of fat looks like. You will be shocked and realize what a fantastic number 15 is.

Welcome back! You can do this and I'm glad you are making your health a priority. Take one day at a time and really appreciate the small accomplishment. Maybe you had 5 cigarettes instead of 10 or maybe you had 2 cookies instead of 5. Either way, you are cutting back and making healthy changes. All the best!:smile:

Yes, much easier to put individual ingredients in food tracker and don't forget to count olive oil and whatever you used to cook with. Good luck!

It's ok to eat alone as long as you are making healthy choices. Pudding, 60 calories, with sugar-free cool whip or a chocolate vita muffin with 1 Tbs. lite cherry pie filling and a dollop of sugar-free cool whip. If you don't want to eat, try painting your nails or get on here and occupy yourself with reading the site.…
