Yes, I tried the skinny muffin and liked it, and is very earthy tasting so butter adds a little flavor. I love Jorge's recipe for the chocolate mug cake--delicious!

Hello! My name is Shannon and I am a single mom of two children, 17 and 12 years old. I work full-time and attend an accelerated part-time bachelor's degree program that is intense with writing. I love that I'm finally on a path to finish my bachelor's and I graduate in 2013, yippee!! In regards to my weight, I am an…

Welcome back and best of luck! I am in the same boat as you but have been newly committed for almost two weeks. Just keep logging in and entering everything you eat. You are worth the journey! :)

Way to go! Keep maintaining and staying on MFP to motivate all of us! :)

Add it to a chocolate muffin vita-top and dollop FF cool whip on top, yummy. OR take chocolate graham crackers and break them in half, dollop one cracker with FF cool whip, top w/ cherry pie filling, and add top half of graham cracker to make a sandwich; wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for 15 mins. to make a lite version…

Welcome! You will love MFP.

Congrats! Will you be able to walk during your lunch break? If the weather is bad outside, try walking the stairs in your office or go to a local mall. Also, try getting up a 1/2 hour earlier and incorporate an exercise routine while watching the news. Be sure to pack healthy snacks and meals--especially if you are working…

I love Leslie Sansone dvd's!

I hear ya! It took me a while to be promoted too due to no degree (even though I have 12+ years experience in the field). Keep your head high because you deserve to promote your health and not let work get you down! :) P.S. If you need a sweet treat, break a chocolate graham cracker in half and put 2 tbs. of cool whip in…

Welcome...I love MFP too! Lots of support and good advice. Keep coming back!

Great job! Always good to hear positive news. Keep going and I can't wait to read your next post when you are 30 pounds lighter.

Great job! You inspire me. :)

Welcome! Try to get more fruit/veggies in for the remainder of the day as it will fill you more. I always make room for a bad snack during 'mother nature' but I keep it within my calories. Drink lots of extra water and you will still see a weight loss. Best of luck!

Love Splenda!

Thanks!!! I didn't know about this. Going to try it this weekend.

It sounds like you have a lot on your plate. Find what helps you destress whether it be the gym, walking, or reading and make that your go to when stressed NOT food. Also try logging on MFP when you feel yourself fading for support and to hold yourself accountable. You could have that banana pudding shake but try to figure…

Feel free to add me...more support the better!

Thanks, and good to know! Congrats on 60 lbs.

I've been told to look at only the popped section since that's what you are eating. So, 4 c. x 35 calories= 140 calories. If it's 2 1/2 servings per bag, the 140 calories roughly breakdowns to 56 calories per serving. 140 calories for a whole bag of popcorn is an excellent filling snack. Enjoy!

Welcome! You will get to love listing your food and you might like being creative with your calories. It's always fun to see if I come in under or right on the mark. Best of luck!

Great job! Have you thought about bringing your great skinny clothes to a tailor? They might be able to take your favorites in for a cheaper cost than buying brand new.

Welcome! You will love MFP if you are faithful. The site helps you to hold yourself accountable for what you eat...you won't want to go over your calorie goal. Best of luck!
