Hi, I'm Five. This is my first challenge. I hope I will be a good addition to the team. I had to laugh when I saw the team I was assigned to because I no longer run. I loved to run but I have a deteriorated disc in my back and lots of problems with feet and ankles. The doctor told me that I needed to lose 60lbs before it…

I think I'm out! Yay! Best of luck everyone. Thanks for the encouragement.

Put the food scale next to your plate. Weigh your plate as you add food. Keep a pen and pad nearby to write it down. Your family will get used to you doing this and stop noticing. I dare my kids to eat my weighed food. :p

I am a water snob because it's the main thing I drink. It depends on the company. I hate Tx. water, even filtered, but don't mind SC, OK, NC, KY water. Same with ice. I only drink bottled water overseas. Tassay is a good brand. IMHO

For food addicts like me, it's a whole different story of extremes. I just read a great book called, "Food Junkie" by Tarman and Werdell, you might relate to. The authors do a great job of explaining lots of different struggles, ie the normal eaters who can solve their issues with CICO, addicts who need to abstain from…

Two week check-in: March 19 SW: 175 GW: 120 CW: 146 I am losing about .5lb/week. It's tooooo slow for me and I am seeing how impatient I am. I was losing 3lbs a week at first, so I got overly hopeful.

Cook it the night before or in a crockpot overnight if necessary and heat it up the next morning. Good for salads, sandwiches, meatballs, etc 2. Keep boiled eggs in the fridge and…

Me too. But it's looking more like July unless I pick up the pace.

Fabulous work! I'm doing something similar but am nowhere as disciplined. Thanks for the encouragement. And I agree about the face shot being strikingly and positively different!

Looks like I may make 5lbs, but not my overly ambitious 10.

Woohooo! You did it! Are you going into maintenance now or trying to lose more? I am short and not too active so I still have a ways to go.

Great job! You are almost there! Hope your trip is fun.

I have stayed below 150 this last two weeks. Barely. Today thankfully, I dropped a little more. I am rooting for all of you. Let's keep going!
