  • I'd agree with you on this one. Everyone has different ways of working out and also different fitness levels. Also I'd probably say you'd push yourself harder when you're on your own because you don't care how much you work up a sweat if you're on your own haha!
  • I'd suggest HIIT if you're wanting to lose weight as it's way more effective. As for the other stuff, it's rubbish. It's not bad for your skin at all! If you keep it up you should see good results and also you're not having to take any extra time out your day cause you usually walk your dog, win-win wooo haha! Good luck
  • Well done, so good! Slow and steady is definately the best way to lose weight and make it stay off, keep it up :)
  • Personally I wouldn't say fasting is a great thing to do. With slow, steady results it's a lot easier to keep the weight off more than quick results. The thing about fasting is that most of the weight you loose is water weight, not actually fat. Good luck, hope that helped
  • Just remember, it takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing, 8 weeks for your friends to notice and 12 weeks for the rest of the world. With this in mind give it 12 weeks, don't give up. Good luck
