I wish mine was. He likes me thick (I guess). I am doing this to feel better. Not so much to lose weight. I asked him to pick me up something 2 days in a row (he has my van) and did he? Nope. So I will do it today (he worked late last night). It would be nice for some support.

The day I restarted here, June 5, I ate 1/3 of my birthday cake (it was a smaller round one) and 1/3 the next day. I was so ticked. More so than had I ate BK or something kinda food like.

My goal starting tomorrow is swapping at least one bottle of soda out for 2 bottles of water minimum. I did it once and did really good (of course I was in Alaska and soda where my dad lives costs A LOT ($14 for a 12 pk)). I want to be able to help out with my kids in school and get back into photography.

I wish I could get past the double chin and say "hey! maybe it is working a little!". I found my shirt fit better after doing the wii for a week... and then I stopped. :/ I really need to stop using my chin (which is why I do not allow photos of myself --can not remember the last time one was taken of me) as a reason.

I am not 300+ (200+) but with my frame size (suppose to be petite, 5'), I feel better having heavier friends to help motivate me. I feel sad/depressed when I see someone 130 trying to get to 121. :( I don't know why. I feel insecure.

I bounce between 200-215 (at 5' it isn't good). Not sure what I weigh right now... My goal is to phase out soda and phase in water to start. Hopefully up my energy levels! Please add me, because I know I am going to need the support/kick in the pants!

I am Rachel. A newbie/oldie. I got some medical issues (lack of vitamins) under control and feel better. I have severe osteoarthritis, and I am limited to exercising. But with some buddies, I think I can keep moving and at least get stamina up. So please feel free to add.

No photos but my back is curved so I will forever have a big booty. Of course the extra weight does not help on a small frame. Even at 100# I was wearing a size 16 pants.

I am going to start working on my Wii sports (the one that came with the game system). I am 43 (as of yesterday). It seems to be working for my upper body which is a start :) Last weekend I put 16 hours playing with the kids :D From Friday-Sunday. Holy cow, I was sore. ;)
