I have one and love it! I've had it for a long time. Very addicted to it and getting my steps in. It keeps me accountable.

I'm in CW 198 GW 178 I know that 20 pounds in two months may not be realistic but I'm aiming high.

I'm no expert but I think healthy eating is eating pure foods. Foods that come from nature (vegies, fruits, nuts, etc), lean meats, whole grains. Eliminate processed foods. I really don't concentrate on my macros as much as calories in and calories out. I would just follow the myfitnesspal recommendations. Macros are your…

To log more steps on my fitbit, I may look like a crazy person haha but while doing things like folding laundry, cooking supper, doing dishes I pace side to side. It adds steps to my fitbit and brings my heart rate up as well.

This is great. I'm going to share this link on facebook so my friends there can run for Boston!

Since you are training for a 10k which will probably be outside, I would run outside as much as possible. Use the treadmill when you just can't get those miles outside because of weather, kids, etc. I hear to set it at a 1% incline to feel more like running outside. Good luck at your race!! I love races!!

They will automatically withdraw money out of your account every month. It was over $200 a month. It made my stomach ache. My husband liked it, I did not. I wish I had the money I spent on that stuff.

I've had this done in 2006. It did get rid of my periods for a few years and they came back. They aren't as bad as they were before the ablation. The recovery was maybe 2 days. I went back to work the next day, but I have a desk job. This is just my experience with it, everyone is different. Good luck with whatever you…

<----big beer drinker here! It'll be a challenge, but I am in! :drinker:

I don't know if it is overkill but I do it. I don't lift more than once a day but I will do cardio sometimes 3 different times in the day.

I'm in! :)

Body by Vi is good, you have to flavor it with chocolate, some people use Cocoa. It has 90 calories (12gr of protein) for 2 scoops. It doesn't have as much protein in it as the higher calorie ones. EAS is good it has 130 calories (23 gr of protein) a scoop and it is very affordable.
-
that would be correct if you are shooting for a pound a week. MFP set you for 2lbs a week that was why you were set at 1200 cal.

Your BMR is what your body would burn doing absolutely nothing and your maintenance calories is what your body burns through the day with normal daily activities. The way MFP does it, they deduct 500 calories from your maintenance calories for each day depending on how many calories you want to lose without going under…

About a month ago before I started lifting heavy I found this website off an older thread. Not sure how accurate it is, but it did explain to me why people use these supplements. I see a big change in my body. I can't give the supplements all the credit, my hard work has to account for 99% of it ;) I don't take all of…
