  • Hello hard working ppl. I helped my friend for 4 hours yesterday and I sweat my butt off. I did not use my hmr so I logged it as heavy cleaning for a burn of 978. I didn't log the whole 4 hrs cause we did not push hard the whole time. Have a good day everyone.
  • Hi girls, I did so bad yesterday, I worked my butt off helping out my friend pull carpet, but I ate 3 candy bars...I feel like. Crap... I'm so glad I did my workout before I left and I'm so glad I did cause there is no way I could have did it when I gothome. I also got in all my water plus some :)

  • Good morning everyone :). I had a lower cal burn yesterday, 514, but today will kick butt cause I am going to help a friend pull carpet.
