I like to get taco salad without sour cream. Dont eat much of the shell. If any at all. Usually enough to fill me up. Good luck

microwave meals like Smart one and ect. They are for weight loss. And they are gooooddddd. There are several brands and several types you can heat up. I eat them for lunch almost everyday. Good luck.

It's a step down from P90x but I havent tried it yet. My friend has it and likes it. I want to try it.
