Made it to ONEderland today :) Next mini goal is 194 (my first time joining MFP weight), then 190 to make the doctor happy, then 183 to get out of the obese BMI range.

Onderland! Only .7 pounds away as of this morning! It's been two years since I saw a number beginning with a 1 on the scale.
-
to stay in onederland! I had my gallbladder removed Saturday and either didn't or couldn't eat for 3-4 days prior, so not the healthiest way to achieve that goal. Between swelling and being able to eat solid food again, my body is confused :s
-
Onederland! Haven't seen that in 2 years--6.3 pounds to go. The other is to get the spot that says 'gained' off of my profile--12.3 pounds :)

I would like to know too. There are lots of workouts that sound fun to try, but I feel I need to 'get in shape' first so I don't wheeze and poop out in the first 5 minutes :#

Hope everyone is doing well! I've been plugging away at tracking my food. I haven't been perfect, but it sure makes me more aware. Planning on weighing tomorrow.

I'm in the same boat. I'm 44, 5'5" and 212 pounds--also the heaviest I have ever been. I would like to lose about 60 pounds, but my focus for the moment is to get under 200. Time to make positive changes! Still struggling with leftover holiday bad foods, but have been tracking everything I eat. Plan to start taking…

Ladies! I hope your New Year is going well :) There is a thread with almost the same name as this one that seems to have more activity...I say we join forces with that one--the more the merrier, right?

Me too! I am ready to make some positive changes! :) I'm 44, 5'5" and 212lbs.

Maybe I'll see you in Cripple Creek!

No plans for a long trip this summer:cry: Hubby tore some muscles in his shoulder, so even day trips are out for now.......thinking healing thoughts.
-
I'd like to get in on this too! I've been going the wrong direction on the scale lately and need all the help I can get:tongue:

You look great!

I wanna ride too! We've had some days that have been warm enough, but we live high enough in elevation we still have ice and snow on our dirt side roads:ohwell:

Hi! I am looking to be my hubby's 'back-seat babe' too! We live in the Colorado Rockies and ride a 95 UltraClassic
-
Hubby and I ride a '95 Ultra Classic. I would love to save up for a trike after we get our house paid off. We live at 9000 feet in Colorado, so we have a short riding season, but ride every time we get the chance. :glasses:

I'm 42 with about 50 lbs to lose. I am new to MFP. I am ready to get fit and not get winded walking to my car! ...and getting skinnier in time for warm weather Harley riding sounds pretty good too
