What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

By the end of July I want to be under 250. A little over four pounds to go. Then to hit 244 which is as low as I got six years ago the last time I was serious about losing weight.
I also have two fitness goals. To keep rehabilitating my feet so I can walk a 5k (up to 2 miles atm) and bike 6 miles pulling 65 pounds of toddlers in a trailer (the best park in town is 3 miles away).6 -
to stay in onederland! I had my gallbladder removed Saturday and either didn't or couldn't eat for 3-4 days prior, so not the healthiest way to achieve that goal. Between swelling and being able to eat solid food again, my body is confused5

I create mini goals each week after weigh-in so they are really, really mini. These small steps add up!
This week's are:
To get from the 81s into the 80s. Current weight 81.5kg.
Get below 30 pounds to goal. Currently 30.8lb to go.
3 x 1hr morning walks. Have done two already!
(Yes I track in both kg and lbs, I keep a spreadsheet and like having more numbers to play with.)4 -
mini goal: lose 6 pounds in seven weeks AND during that time gaining knowledge about lifting. I keep having this ridiculously fab vision of the 52 year old me with discernible muscle tone. What the hell. I am going for it.17

The tattoo i will be getting once ive lost 100lbs, i have 20 more pounds to go!!12

Today's motivation- my sister's announcement that she's getting married. Which means I have to wear a dress, which means I'll have to go shopping. I hate to shop and I especially hate to shop for dresses. The thought of shopping for a dress while packing extra pounds is almost unbearable, and super motivating!6

My sister just got engaged too and a June wedding-and she wants to lose 30lbs before her wedding. Now I don't have another 30 to lose but another 20 for the wedding would be grand and I'd look great.5

I have two mini goals right now:
To lose my first ten kgs/22 pounds
And to fit into a beautiful dress I own1 -
A 7.5k off-road next weekend. I hit 10k (with evil hills) on Friday, so the rest should be easy. I'd like to get under 50 minutes for it.
I've planned my workouts into 16week cycles, the next stint is a focus on Stronglifts (running is the current focus) which takes
me to Christmas - maybe I should have a weights target to hit!

Losing another 1.6 Lbs to get to an even 40 lbs lost is looking like a pretty attractive mini goal.5

I just hit my last mini goal of losing a solid twenty. My next goal is to lose the next five pounds for a twenty five pound loss. Still chipping away3

I've lost 77 pounds so far, which BLOWS MY MIND! I have two immediate mini-goals:
1. To get into the 130's, which means losing a little over 3 lbs.
2. Sort out my clothes to get organized and see what's what, which I haven't done since I started losing weight. By this Sunday, I'll have figured out what to donate and get rid of, what's OK for the rest of the summer, what I have that will work for the fall, what I will probably need, etc. In other words: shed what is no longer me, get rid of anything that no longer works for my new life! Kind of like a CONTROL-ALT-DELETE going on in my bedroom.

My daughter weighs 43lbs. I need to lose two more pounds to lose her weight . After that, I want to get under 200, which is currently 10lbs away.6

Getting to 317 lbs. As of today, I'm 319 lbs, by my scale which is 3 to 4 pounds different than the one in my pre-diabetic class, so I might already be at 317 and don't know it, but I'm doing baby steps...already down 24 pounds since March 8th, so I think it's working.6

Major mini goal: successfully (avoid injury, kick A**, and have a brilliant time) complete a 5K Mud run this weekend! Pumped. Minor mini goal: heal quickly from any injuries from this weekend AND lose 5 more pounds by the end of July.5

Get to halfway to goal/healthy bmi by the end of the month (it is fun how this is the same number)... 2 lbs or so away... So close...4

Mini goal complete and 5 days early. I've lost 55.8 pounds in one year!
My new mini goal is to get to 160, which was my original final goal. That will put me 10 lbs away from my new final goal.8 -

Just met my mini goal of 30 lbs lost. Next goal is getting below what I weighed when I got on the scale two years ago saw this # (284 lbs) and gave up on myself,I am 4 lbs away.7
