go the heaviest u can manage....and if you conk out half way thru, just quickly swap to lighter ones to finish the sequence off :) I use 5kg handweights on everything except v flies in level 2, and pendulum lunges ( worried about going off balance in small loungeroom and knocking the big tv off :P

When Im focused and doing the right thing, my BMR is 1400....I burn about 500 or 600.....and eat a total of 1600- 1700. And try keep your protein up :)

Is 1220 the amount the site told you to stick to, or did you use the BMR calculator? Make sure youre always eating your BMR amount as ABSOLUTE MINIMUM. If 1220 IS your BMR then 1400 sounds good for workout days. Over the last 2 years Ive found that eating back about 1/3 - 1/2 of my exercise cals gets the best results. Dont…

Ive done the program before and found it a lot easier to do it 4-5 days a week. Let your body rest and recover so you dont burn out. It gives great results. Ive started it again and on Day 2 of it today- feel free to join me :)

Id probably try to include at least 300- 400 cals extra on workout days, or else your net cals will be too low.
