I just got a charge HR too ( been on MFP for years )...Ive found the easiest way of monitoring stats/ logging is this combo.... log food in MFP, use the activity button on your HR to start/stop/log your workouts, and to get your kudos from friends about your workout just type up the message as a post instead of logging it…

Day 3 done. Protein shakes are helping the pain go away quicker. I dont like the shoulder raise/ side lunge move- ugh

Day 2 done....I cant STAND Jillians voice and the backing track of the video makes the time drag....I know the moves so I turn off the volume and put my own music on...makes the time go so much quicker and makes me work harder. Using 4kg weights for chest moves and 1.5kg for the rest

I find that 30-40% protein is the best % to focus on 35protein, 40carbs, 25fat. And you should have a look in the forums about cal limits - Safer to be at your BMR amount and not a default 1200 amount :) Feel free to add me if you like, been on MFP for 3 -4 years now
