I used this app in the past and lost weight whilst doing the 5:2 diet at the same time. Needless to say I've eaten us out of house and home the past few months and I'm fatty mcfatterson.

I really would like to get some fitness pal friends to offer me support and encouragement and I will do the same for them!

I'm not waiting for the new year and a resolution! I need to take action now...

    I'm back on here after several failed attempts at losing the 20 lbs I gained back after losing 50.
    So... this time, it'll happen! :P
