Is there a way to get notification that friends posted on your wall, with android phone? I used to get pop-ups thru the day when I had an iphone and it was good for my motivation. Now I dont get any and have to manually check the site or app to see if ppl posted on my statuses or on my wall

P90x advise....not doing it EVERY day

Time spent exercising / eating back cals
Looking for some opinions.... :indifferent: If we eat back our exercise cals (or a % of them).....what is the difference between working out for 1 hour a day compared to 2-3 hours? The food log already allows for a deficit to lose weight. Some days I try burn 1000+ cals thinking it will make the weight start dropping again…

Is having walk breaks throughout jog ok?
