My reward list: mani/pedi Tanning... I love the heat and feels so good on my old bones . new cook book for healthier meal ideas as I lose I go to the thrift store and find good used clothes to wear for a few bucks a hot steamy quickie with my husband ;) my own spa with candles and lavender soak!!

I have been told this same thing before & agree anything with excess amounts(diet soda or sweets, carbs red meat) is not good for you! but 2-3 D. sodas a week saves me when I crave something sweet! sometimes I don't drink it for weeks!
