Just a quick point, in the book there are two seperate routines one is full body and one is glutes only, i'm not picking and choosing parts out of the routine. And I think youre right, it probably is mine own perception. Perhaps because my tummy is the last place that's shifting weight that I feel stocky. Hopefully it will…

Yup. Thought so. Thanks guys! Guess I'll have to go for a jog after dinner to balance it out.

Thanks! I'd love to know more about it from people who have experienced it. I too am a massive skeptic. It kind of feels like medical mumbo jumbo to me and I feel like my scepticism would stop me from benefitting from it completely. I really do feel like this is something I need to try as I alone don't have the will power…

Thank you everyone for your kind words and advice. This is what I needed. This is why I decided to share this with you all because hearing people who have had similar experiences makes me feel normal and motivates me to get better, stop feeling sorry for myself and get back on the horse. MFP and the MFP community are what…

I've actually considered hypnotherapy! A friend of mine with an eating disorder tried it and it seems to have worked for her! Maybe that is something I will look into when I go home. I can find the strength within myself to dedicate myself to a healthier life style but it never lasts. I actually thought that this time was…

Thanks guys. I think you're right. Just wanted to hear some other takes on the sitch. I'll stick to 1500 and keep eating more on my gym days. I've bought some seiten (not sure if the word is the same in english) protein bars to try and boost my cal intake when I struggling to hit 1500. Cheers for the advice x

Ok that's great! I know I lack the testosterone to get huge, but if protein maintains my muscles then thats all i'm really looking for! Brilliant, I can easily manage 70 - 100 grams a day :) Thanks guyss xxx

I'm not trying to get huge by any means and I jog 5-6 days a week so I'm always at a deficit. I eat around 1500 cals a day and my diet mainly consists of chicken, fish, dairy and vegetables. At the end of the my my calorie intake is around 1100-200. I have just (today) decided to stop ignoring my celiac disease and commit…

Thanks! According to this article I am indeed on the right tracks! R.I.P to my wallet though. All this fresh veg and meat isn't student budget friendly!

Funnily enough since I posted this comment I've fallen off the wagon in a tremendous way. My god it's just so difficult some times I often wonder If I'll be this way forever. If you find anything that works for you do let me know! If you ever want someone to talk to I'm here! I sometimes think that because I am unable to…

I'm very similar to you in that sweets will forever be my downfall, but I've come up with a solution that has worked for me so far and may work for you! Now my relationship with sweet foods is slightly extreme, for 10 years I've had a awful problem with binge eating, and I mean awful, like consuming over 5000 calories in…

I met with my trainer a couple days ago but my problem is I have a brain like a sieve haha! Whenever she's not there my form goes out the window. I feel like a bit of a plonker when I ask them every single time I go to the gym for help. Maybe I just need to bite the bullet and stop being so shy. Easier said than done I…

That sounds delicious! I've never tried egg plant before.
